Stopped by for my first time yesterday. Rachel was super enthusiastic, informative and gave me a lot of great recommendations. Their product is truly about quality over quantity. Really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place, super friendly staff. Can't wait to stop by again!

Great product, great 'tenders. I haven't been able to get elevated in weeks but their Lemon Meringue and Ed Rose got the job done! They also had a lot of whole health and holistic knowledge to even make product recommendations for things outside of dispensaries. Don't just bring them your strain preferences, bring them your symptoms so they can better advise you.

I have been with Altitude for over 10 years and I exclusively shop here. I can ALWAYS trust the quality and the staff to take care of me. Highest quality product in town!!! If you haven't checked out altitude yet, you need to ASAP! You won't regret it :)

I love that they have staff that I've seen there for years and know people by name. They're always super friendly and helpful with express orders to get me in and out quickly. The flower is consistently incredible.

With MANY medical despensary options in Colorado Springs this place is 'meh'. Not a lot of options for vaping. Mainly, this is my third time here. Before the service was slow. Yet this occasion I waited over 30 minutes to go back and there was no line. Only one other customer in the back, so it seemed unprofessional to have the employee not acknowledge my existence until they caught up with the customer/ friend. Purposefully took their time to come help me even after the customer left. Lastly, the service was not friendly and the employee was slow.
